We will accommodate whatever your tastes are, ranging from pulled pork BBQ Carolina style to Texas style beef brisket. All of our sauces are home style, from the Carolina style hot pepper vinegar to the sweet and tangy taste of Texas.
We can provide all the fix in's as well, if you choose. All menu items are designed to compliment the unique flavor of authentic pit cooked BBQ: cole slaw, potato, pasta, broccoli and fruit salads, and our own unique recipe for BBQ smoked baked beans, cooked in the smoker with the pig for a wonderful smokey flavor!
